- Managed the lifecycle of the Zap Exchange platform (web and mobile), driving over $2M in transactions within the first year.
- Defined and led the development of an additional KYC-transaction feature, shortening the time between user acquisition and activation by an average of 60 seconds.
- Managed back-office operations, including over-the-counter (OTC) services, and carried out penetration testing to ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other Central Bank of Nigeria requirements.
- Collaborated with marketing to set up proactive and reactive systems for customer support, improving general support efficiency by 43.3% and reducing time to resolution
- Laid the groundwork for Zap Wallet and Zap Business, introducing decentralized payment solutions and expanding the company's blockchain-based product portfolio.
