Try Labs runs projects and programmes across the Nigerian tech community. I lead programme management, which in practice means doing the things nobody else is doing.
- Lead programme management across multiple concurrent projects, setting the structure they run on rather than managing any one of them directly.
- Organised the Tech Communities Sports Day, a multi-sport cross-community event that grew out of the Product Communities Football Cup. One of several programmes, not the whole job.
