Created feature requirements for epics concerning creating a crypto wallet account, sending and receiving crypto tokens/NFTs, and the wallet landing page.
Identified feature opportunities with the team and drove fixes to ensure ease when tapping into that opportunity.
Carried out competitive research amongst popular exchanges like Metamask, Coinbase, and Binance to understand and come up with a revenue model that aligns with the product USP.
Worked on the PRD, user flow, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and facilitated Agile Ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand downs, and Story Refinement.
