- Oversaw product sourcing, design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, ensuring a cohesive production process from concept to launch.
- Coordinated marketing, GTM, support, and sales plans, aligning goals to deliver a successful brand and product launch, exceeding sales targets by 37%.
- Created the requirements for the company's ecommerce platform, UI/UX designs, managed the development, tested and approved the launch to complement marketing efforts, driving sales and enabling a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Trained the marketing team and in-store staff on the product, its makeup, usage, maintenance, and how to present it to customers.
