- Owned technical and operational coordination with acquiring banks and payment processors, monitoring acceptance rates, settlement SLAs, chargebacks, and compliance, ensuring transaction reliability and regulatory adherence.
- Launched and onboarded merchants on Instant Settlement, eliminating T+1 delays and boosting merchant activeness and transaction volume, driving double-digit MoM growth.
- Designed and implemented the geotagging and geofencing compliance requirement, collaborating with processors to ensure real-time transmission of transaction locations in compliance with CBN policies.
